বেদে গোহত্যা এবং গোমাংস খাওয়া সম্পূর্ণ ভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
বেদ হিন্দুদের আদি ধর্ম গ্রন্থ । বেদে গোহত্যা এবং গোমাংস খাওয়া সম্পূর্ণ ভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। এটা হিন্দু সমাজ মেনে চলে কঠোর ভাবে।
কিন্তু কিছুদিন ধরে ইন্টারনেট ফোরাম গুলো তে হিন্দুদের বিরুদ্ধে
প্রপোগান্ডা চলছে। এরা চায় ১০০ কোটি হিন্দু নিজের বিশ্বাস ত্যাগ করে তাদের
ধর্মে ধর্মান্তরিত হোক যেটা তাদের মতে সর্বশেষ পথ । বেশির ভাগ হিন্দুই
নিজের ধর্ম সম্পর্কে জ্ঞানী নয় তাই তারা এই শিকারীদের সহজ শিকারে পরিনত
হচ্ছে । দেখা যাক বেদ গোহত্যা নিয়ে কি বলে?
১. Ghrtam duhaanaamaditim janaayaagne maa himsiheeh
Yajurveda 13.49
Do not kill cows and bulls who always deserve to be protected.
২. Aare gohaa nrhaa vadho vo astu
Rigveda 7.56.১৭
ঋগবেদে গোহত্যা কে মানুষ হত্যার সমকক্ষ বলা হয়েছে ও এর সাথে জড়িতদের শাস্তি দিতে বলা হয়েছে ।
৩. Sooyavasaad bhagavatee hi bhooyaa atho vayam bhagvantah syaama
Addhi trnamaghnye vishwadaaneem piba shuddhamudakamaacharantee
Rigveda 1.164.40 or Atharv 7.73.11 or Atharv 9.10.২০
The Aghnya cows – which are not to be killed under any circumstances–
may keep themselves healthy by use of pure water and green grass, so
that we may be endowed with virtues, knowledge and wealth.
বেদে আঘ্ন্যা . অহি , ও অদিতি হচ্ছে গরুর সমপদ।
আঘ্ন্যা মানে যাকে হত্যা করা উচিত নয় ।
অহি মানে যার গলা কাটা / জবাই করা উচিত নয় ।
অদিতি মানে যাকে টুকরো টুকরো করা উচিত নয় ।

৪. Aghnyeyam saa vardhataam mahate soubhagaaya
Rigveda 1.164.27
আঘ্ন্যা গরু আমাদের সুসাস্থ্য ও উন্নতি আনে ।
৫. Suprapaanam Bhavatvaghnyaayaah
Rigveda 5.83.৮
আঘ্ন্যা গরুর জন্য সুপেয় জলের উন্নত ব্যবস্থা থাকা উচিত ।

Yo aghnyaayaa bharati ksheeramagne teshaam sheershaani harasaapi vrishcha
Rigveda 10.87.16
Those who feed on human, horse or animal flesh and those who destroy milk-giving Aghnya cows should be severely punished.
এখানে মানুষ,ঘোড়া ও গোমাংস আহারকারিদের শাস্তির কথা বলা আছে ।

Yajurveda 12.73
The Aghnya cows and bulls bring you prosperity.
৮. Maa gaamanaagaamaditim vadhishta
Rigveda 8.101.15
Do not kill the cow. Cow is innocent and aditi – that ought not to be cut into pieces .
৯. Antakaaya goghaatam
Yajurveda 30.18
Destroy those who kill cows .

Tam tvaa seesena vidhyaamo yatha no so aveeraha
Atharvaveda 1.16.4
If someone destroys our cows, horses or people, kill him with a bullet of lead.

Love each other as the Aghnya – non-killable cow – loves its calf.
কিছু কি আর বলা লাগবে বেদ গো হত্যার পক্ষে নাকি বিপক্ষে ?

Atharvaveda 11.1.34
Cow is fountainhead of all bounties .
ঋগ্বেদের ৬ মন্ডলের ২৮ সুক্ত গরুর প্রশংসা করেছে।
Aa gaavo agnamannuta bhadramakrantseedantu
Bhooyobhooyo rayimidasya vardhayannabhinne
Na taa nashanti na dabhaati taskaro naasaamamitro vyathiraa dadharshati
Na taa arvaa renukakaato ashnute na samskritramupa yanti taa abhi
Gaavo bhago gaava indro me achhaan
Yooyam gaavo medayathaa
Maa vah stena eeshata maaghanshasah
1. Everyone should ensure that cows are free from miseries and kept healthy.
2. God blesses those who take care of cows.
3. Even the enemies should not use any weapon on cows
4. No one should slaughter the cow
5. Cow brings prosperity and strength
6. If cows keep healthy and happy, men and women shall also keep disease free and prosperous
7. May the cow eat green grass and pure water. May they not be killed and bring prosperity to us.
তারপরও কিছু স্বঘোষিত Scholar হিন্দু বিরোধী Site থেকে copypaste করে যাচ্ছে। এদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলব “অল্পবিদ্যা ভয়ঙ্করী “।
বেদে গোহত্যা এবং গোমাংস খাওয়া সম্পূর্ণ ভাবে নিষিদ্ধ এটা কমুনিস্ট এবং
মিশনারীরা মানতে পারে না। আমাদের বৈদিক সমাজ ব্যবস্থা তাদের সমাজ এর চেয়ে
আদর্শিক ভাবে উন্নত। এদের সাথে যোগ হয়েছে একদল ধর্ম ব্যবসায়ী। তারা বেদ ও
মনুসংহিতা থেকে গরুর মাংস খাওয়ার Reference খুঁজে বের করতে চায় একটি
এদের সহজ Trick হচ্ছে ‘মানসা‘ কে meat / মাংস হিসেবে অনুবাদ করা । ‘মানসা‘
মানে ডাল জাতীয় খাবার ।
আজ বেদ হতে কিছু অপপ্রচার এর জবাব দিব।
১. অপপ্রচার:
Rigveda (10/85/13) declares, “On the occasion of a girl’s marriage oxen and cows are slaughtered.”
জবাব: প্রকৃতঅর্থে মন্ত্র টি বলে সূর্যের আলো শীতকালে ম্লান হয়ে যায়
এবং বসন্ত কালে শক্তি ফিরে পায় । (the rays of sun get weakened and then
get strong again in spring.)
The word used for sun-rays in ‘Go’ which also means cow and hence the
mantra can also be translated by making ‘cow’ and not ‘sun-rays’ as the
subject. The word used for ‘weakened’ is ‘Hanyate’ which can also mean
killing. But if that be so, why would the mantra go further and state in
next line (which is deliberately not translated) that in spring, they
start regaining their original form.How can a cow killed in winter
regain its health in spring? This amply proves how ignorant and biased
communists malign Vedas.
সমপদ জিনিস তা এরা বুজে না।
২. অপপ্রচার: Rigveda (6/17/1) states that “Indra used to eat the meat of cow, calf, horse and buffalo.”
জবাব: মন্ত্র টি বলছে মেধাবী পন্ডিতরা বিশ্ব কে আলোকিত করেন যেমন কাঠ যোগ্গের এর আগুন এর আলো বাড়ায় ।
৩. অপপ্রচার: ব্লগ এ ম জ বাসার নামে এক পন্ডিত বলছে(লিঙ্ক),”বৃষের মাংশ
[বেদ:১/১৬৪/৪৩], মহিষের মাংস [বেদ: ৫/২৯/৮], অজের মাংস [বেদ:১/১৬২/৩]
খাওয়া হতো।- আরও বলা হয়েছে পরস্বিনী গাভী মানুষের ভজনীয় [ বেদ:৪/১/৬]।-
গো হত্যা স্থানে গাভীগণ হত্যা হতো [বেদ:১০/৮৯/১৪]। ইন্দ্রের জন্য গোবৎস
উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। [ঋকবেদ:১০:৮৬:১৪]। এমনকি উপনিষদ বলছে: ‘বেদজ্ঞান লাভ
করতে হলে, স্বাস্থ্যবাদ সন্তান লাভ করতে হলে ষাঁড়ের মাংস খাওয়া জরুরী।”
জবাব: সমপদের অর্থ আর প্রয়োগ না জানলে এ রকম ই হবে ।
যেমন:
�keshavaM patitaM dr^shtvA pandavAH harshsha nirbharAH
rudanti kauravAssarve hA keshava hA keshava.�
সোজা কথায় মন্ত্রের অর্থ হবে কেশব/কৃষ্ণ কে পরে যেতে দেখে পান্ডবরা উল্লসিত হলো আর কৌরবরা ও কৃষ্ণ, ও কৃষ্ণ বলে অর্থনাদ করে উঠলো।
এখন এটার কোনো মানে হয় না । কারণ কৃষ্ণ ছিলেন পান্ডবদের পক্ষে।
একই শব্দের নানা অর্থ থাকে।
দেখুন:
১. কেশব= জল
২. পান্ডব= সারস পাখি
৩. কৌরব= কাক
৪. শব= মৃত দেহ
এবার অর্থ দেখুন:
�keshavaM patitaM dr^shtvA pandavAH harshsha nirbharAH
rudanti kauravAssarve hA keshava hA keshava.�
মৃত দেহটিকে জলে পড়ে যেতে দেখে সারস পাখি খুশি হলো এবং কাক আর্তনাদ করে উঠলো- মৃত দেহটি
জলে পড়ে গেছে, মৃত দেহটি জলে পড়ে গেছে।
এখন আমাদের পন্ডিতরাকি বলবেন ‘ কৃষ্ণকে পান্ডবরা ঘৃনা করতেন?’
একই ভাবে বাসার ভাই চালাকি করেছেন ।
আমি দেখাচ্ছি:
“বৃষের মাংশ [বেদ:১/১৬৪/৪৩], মহিষের মাংস [বেদ: ৫/২৯/৮], অজের মাংস
[বেদ:১/১৬২/৩] খাওয়া হতো।- আরও বলা হয়েছে পরস্বিনী গাভী মানুষের ভজনীয় [
বেদ:৪/১/৬]।- গো হত্যা স্থানে গাভীগণ হত্যা হতো [বেদ:১০/৮৯/১৪]। ইন্দ্রের
জন্য গোবৎস উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। [ঋকবেদ:১০:৮৬:১৪]। এমনকি উপনিষদ বলছে:
‘বেদজ্ঞান লাভ করতে হলে, স্বাস্থ্যবাদ সন্তান লাভ করতে হলে ষাঁড়ের মাংস
খাওয়া জরুরী।”
অপপ্রচার: ইন্দ্রের জন্য গোবৎস উৎসর্গ করা হয়েছে। [ঋকবেদ:১০:৮৬:১৪]

অর্থ :
rik 10.86.13, IndrANi tells Indra, �please receive your favorite soma quickly..�
In rik 10.86.14 Indra replies, �they are preparing soma for offering fifteen and twenty times..�
এখানে ukshshNa মানে সোম, বৃষ নয়।
অপপ্রচার:
মহিষের মাংস [বেদ: ৫/২৯/৮] খাওয়ার কথা রয়েছে ।

এখানে ছাগ মানে shr^ngarahita ajA / সিন্হীন ছাগল নয় বরং উষালোক।
অপপ্রচার: বৃষের মাংশ [বেদ:১/১৬৪/৪৩] খাওয়া হতো।

কোথাও বলা নেই গরু কে জবাই কর ।
অপপ্রচার: – গো হত্যা স্থানে গাভীগণ হত্যা হতো [বেদ:১০/৮৯/১৪]।

এখানে Grifith সাহেবের Translation করলে হবে না । Grifith হিন্দুদের
খ্রিস্টিয়ান ধর্মে ধর্মান্তরিত করতে সেই Translation করেসিলেন এটা
প্রমানিত । এখানে এই ধরনের কোনো কথা বলা হয় নি । এটি একটি প্রার্থনা
সঙ্গীত ।

O glorious soldier! Where is your valor with which you kill the
devils and cast terror in the hearts of wrong-doer cruel criminals and
due to which they will be lying dead just like animals lay on ground
while sleeping.(Rig Veda 10.89.14)
আমি সকল কে বলব বেদ থেকে একটি মন্ত্র দেখান যেটাতে গোহত্যা এবং গোমাংস
খাওয়া বৈধতা দেয়া হয়েছে তাহলে আমি আপনার কথা মত বিশ্বের যেকোনো ধর্ম
গ্রহণ করব আর আপনি যদি না পারেন তবে আপনাকে হিন্দু ধর্মে ফিরে আসতে হবে ।
